About Me

I found training at a young age, and it has served me throughout my life. I started MJ’s with a vision in my mind to create a safe space for people like myself to train; away from the mainstream gyms and communities; a safe place for all. It took a while but I believe that is what we have finally created. With the help of my new family, we have turned our gym into one big family. A place where everyone feels respected and valued, as they should do.

What do you like to do when Not in the Gym

Spend time with family and friends and think about my next training session lol!

Random Fact about you 

I love the diet for bodybuilding competitions.. I really enjoy the discipline.. I know.. its not normal lol!
